Artemis holds a list of mirrors

Each supported site has multiple known mirrors. The list is always growing.

Health-checks them live

Constant pings to every mirror. Dead ones get dropped automatically.

302s you to a working mirror

You type annas-archive.auto, Artemis responds with a live mirror IP. The server 302s you straight to it.

Privacy & Security

No request details are logged. The only things logged are your IP address and request count, used for anti-spam and analytics. Nothing more.

DNS rebinding protection blocks malicious domains from resolving to private IPs. All upstream DNS servers are ad-blocking providers (AdGuard, Mullvad, Control D, dns0.eu).
